I bought pork loin and decided to try making tonkatsu. To enhance the flavor of the inexpensive domestic meat, I used low-temperature cooking for 24 hours. This helped to remove any odor and make it tender. I made panko breadcrumbs from a single slice of bread. Finally, the tonkatsu was completed. It turned out great, and the result was excellent!
